BALTIMORE-APS Express Inc. has inked a 39,600-square-foot lease at an industrial building spanning 325,000 square feet at 1621 Wicomico Street in South Baltimore. In the deal, Adam Weidner from the Baltimore office of CBRE Group Inc. brokered for the tenant, while Mark McConnell negotiated for the building ownership. Other tenants of the building include Veolia Transportation Services Inc. and Everything Warehouse Inc.
