
HOUSTON-The Hanover Co. is planning to start construction on a 29-story residential tower, named Hanover Post Oak, in the Galleria area. The tower will come up on a 1.2-acre land at the 21-acre Blvd Place mixed-used development on the southwest corner of San Felipe and Post Oak Lane.
The apartment building will comprise 355 units designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, a Chicago-based architectural firm. Construction is expected to start in Q1 2013 and apartments will be ready by Q3 2014. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
