
DURHAM, NC-The AICPA headquarters buildings situated in Durham have changed hands for $36.2 million. Northwestern Mutual has sold Palladian I, a 100,462-square-foot building, and Palladian II, a 100,546-square-foot building, in the Palladian Corporate Center to Clarion Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm.
Palladian I, constructed in 2005, is fully leased to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Palladian II was built in 2007 and AICPA occupies one floor there. Ben Kilgore IV with CBRE-Raleigh brokered the deal for the seller. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
