TAMPA, FL-Wiand Guerra King has bought a two-story office building in Tampa for $1.85 million. The litigation and securities law firm paid nearly $128 per square foot for the 14,450-square-foot building. The seller was Intercosmos Media Group Inc.
The office building, located at 5505 W. Gray St., was constructed in 1976. Wiand Guerra King currently leases the sixth-floor space at Bayport Plaza near Tampa International Airport.
