BROOKFIELD, WI-Jones Lang LaSalle expanded into the greater Milwaukee area with the recent opening of a location here. Local real estate veteran Dan Jessup, formerly with APEX Commercial Realty, is taking the leadership reins of the new office.
Joining Jessup in the new office is fellow broker Michael Streit, also from APEX Commercial Realty. Both men specialize in representing office and industrial real estate tenants and owners, as well as local corporations. One of the team's first assignments is oversight of leasing and property management activities on a four-building, 350,000-squsre-foot office building portfolio in Brookfield and Waukesha, WI that belongs to a Midwest real estate investment company.
Though JLL has had a long-time presence in the Milwaukee area through its Chicago office, the local office provides an on-the-ground presence for clients with interests in the region. “In exploring new ways to grow my business and better serve my clients, it became clear to me that Jones Lang LaSalle offers the most complete platform of services and the best culture of excellence in the commercial real estate industry today,” Jessup says in a press release. “I know I speak for Michael when I say that we are extremely pleased to be joining the Jones Lang LaSalle team.”
