WOODRIDGE, IL-Allstate Corp. has inked a lease renewal for an office building spanning 94,000 square feet in southwest suburban Woodridge. Oak Realty Group Inc. based in Deerfield is the owner of the building located at 9022 Heritage Parkway. In the transaction, Colliers International negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while NAI Hiffman's Dan O'Neill brokered for the owner.
