NEW YORK CITY-Edwin Gould Services for Children and Families is moving from a Harlem office space at 1968 Second Ave. to Park Avenue at 125th Street. The nonprofit social services agency has leased 12,440 square feet of office space at the Lee Building located at 1825 Park Ave. from Giscombe Realty Group.
