PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-Majestic Realty Co., a California developer, has gained approval from Pleasant Prairie officials to build a distribution center measuring approximately 1.18 million square feet. The project will be built on a vacant parcel on the north side of the LakeView Corporate Park, on the south side of Highway 50 and on east side of Highway H.
