DORAL, FL-Sergio Pino, former president of U.S. Century Bank, has sold the bank's headquarters building in Doral for $16 million. NGF Properties, managed by Nelson Albareda, was the buyer. Public records revealed that a company functioning as Century Tower was the seller.
As part of the deal, the buyer assumed a $13-million loan from PCT Financial Services. Pino's Century Tower provided a $1-million second mortgage to NGF Properties. The office building is located at 2295 N.W. 87th Ave. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
