
SAN FRANCISCO-Archstone is unloading its Fox Plaza holdings in San Francisco. The apartment developer has tapped Colliers International to sell Archstone Fox Plaza Apartments, a 443-unit property on the upper floors of a skyscraper at 1390 Market St. The offering also includes the adjoining site that is permitted for 250 apartment units and an underground parking garage.
According to Real Estate Alert, both properties are expected to fetch approximately $150 million. In 2007, Archstone sold the office/retail component in the tower to Broadreach Capital. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
