CHARLOTTE, NC-Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc., a real estate company headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, is planning to build an outlet center spanning 350,000 square feet at the intersection of Steele Creek Road and Interstate 485 in Charlotte. It will be Tanger's fourth outlet center in North Carolina.
