NEW YORK CITY-The publisher of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series is moving its New York office from the Flatiron Building to a Broadway building. Bloomsbury Publishing, Inc. has leased the entire fifth-floor space at 1385 Broadway.

The asking rent in the 23-story office building is in the mid-$40s per square foot. With the Bloomsbury deal, the occupancy rate at the 435,000-square-foot building has reached more than 90%. Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for the Broadway building. Leon Manoff, vice chairman at Colliers International, repped the tenant on the deal.
