NEW YORK CITY-The Wing Fung Realty Group is planning to open Chinatown's largest hotel next month. The new Wyndham Garden Hotel located at the corner of Hester Street and Bowery will open on November 1. Amenities in the 19-story hotel include the Elevate Restaurant and Lounge offering Japanese style cuisine and cocktails and floor-to-ceiling windows in all guest rooms.
