LONDON-Wincanton Holdings Limited has leased an 86,592-square-foot building on the North Feltham Trading Estate in London from the Airport Property Partnership (APP), a joint venture between Aviva Investors and SEGRO. The company leased the building, called Centra, to service a contract for Morrisons.
The detached distribution facility comprises 6,250 square feet of office space and 80,342 square feet of warehouse space. This is the largest lease deal signed by APP this year at Heathrow. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
