CHARLOTTE, NC-Affiliates of Chevy Chase, Maryland-based Artemis Real Estate Partners have acquired a portfolio of 13 industrial and office/flex buildings in north Charlotte, Rock Hill, Concord and Mooresville from Beacon Partners for $39.5 million. The portfolio totaling 486,512 square feet is 96% leased.
Properties include Overlook in north Charlotte; Lakefield Corporate Center in Mooresville; Southcross Corporate Center in Rock Hill; and International Corporate Center in Concord. CBRE Group Inc. brokered the deal for Beacon Partners. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
