NEW YORK CITY-Benartex has inked a lease for an 8,000-square-foot space on the fourth floor of a 12-story building located at 132 W. 36th Street. The lease runs for seven years and the asking rent was in the mid-$30s per square foot. Kaufman Organization is the owner of the 190,050-square-foot structure situated between Broadway and Seventh avenues.
