NEW YORK CITY-Distinguished Concerts International New York has more than doubled its office space at 250 W. 57th Street by signing an 8,000-square-foot lease for 10 years. The company will occupy an additional 5,000 square feet on the 16th floor of the 56-story building situated between Broadway and Eighth Avenue in Manhattan. The asking rent was $54 per square foot.
