SEATTLE-A group associated with a Boston-based development company has bought a downtown Seattle property for $13.4 million. The 15,360-square-foot retail property is located at 2030 Eighth Ave. Records showed that a limited liability company purchased the property, where an apartment building is planned, from a group of businessmen established as Cascadia Holdings LLC.

A 39-story apartment building is planned for the site. Cascadia Holdings bought the property in 2003 for $3.25 million. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
