KIHEI, HI-The Krausz Cos. is planning to construct a multiuse community measuring 250,000 square feet on Maui adjacent to the Piilani Village Shopping Center in Kihei. The projected Downtown Kihei project will come up on 27 acres of land along Piikea Avenue.
The new project will comprise a village center and over 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, office and medical office space, a 150-room hotel, a 44,180-square-foot movie theater and over 1,000 parking stalls. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
