
LONDON-McAleer & Rushe has finished a twin hotel project by London's South Bank in Southwark for Accor Hotels. The scheme consists of a four-star Novotel and a two-star IBIS hotel. CommerzReal AG funded the project.
Work on the Consarc-designed, 14-story scheme started in November 2010. Novotel London Blackfriars comprises 182 rooms, 6 meeting rooms, 12 business suites, a restaurant and bar and leisure facilities with a swimming pool.
