HARTFORD, CT-New Boston Fund Inc., based in Boston, has sold an eight-building portfolio in suburban Hartford for $65 million to Woburn, Massachusetts-based KS Partners. The Rocky Hill, Connecticut properties, which total 620,000 square feet, include I-91 Tech Center and Corporate Ridge.

I-91 Tech Center contains five single-story buildings and Corporate Ridge comprises three buildings, Corporate Ridge, 175 Capital Boulevard and 500 Enterprise. CBRE/NE represented New Boston in the deal. Marcone Capital's Mike Marcone arranged financing for the deal through Barclays Capital of New York.
