ST. LOUIS-Minneapolis-based Dominium Development and Acquisition has purchased the Washington Avenue Apartments, a nine-story property at the junction of Tucker Boulevard and Washington Avenue. Financial details of the deal were not revealed, but the property was valued at $7.1 million.
The building, which comprises 95 apartment units, was sold by Washington Avenue Apartments LP. It is 97% occupied. Washington Avenue Apartments is the fourth local property for Dominium. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
