SAN DIEGO-Wereldhave NV has listed its US properties valued at approximately $800 million on the market for sale. One of the first US sales is a baseball-themed office building in San Diego.
The Dutch real estate company is selling DiamondView Tower, a 15-story tower overlooking Petco Park, to a Cigna Corp. venture for $122 million. The deal is slated to close this week.
