MANCHESTER, UK-Muse Developments and Stockport Council have inked and sealed a development deal for a new office-led project on a site called as Grand Central, which was purchased by the council in 2011. Muse Developments is the development partner for the project. Phase One, slated for completion in early 2014, will feature a 1,000-vehicle multi-story car park. Phase Two, scheduled for completion in 2015, will feature the first office building, a hotel and new public space.
