NASHVILLE-As per Davidson County Property Records, Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds has sold the retail and office part of the Terrazzo in the Gulch condo tower. Nashville Terrazzo Partnership has paid $19 million for the 20,000 square feet of retail space and the 79,000 square feet of office space.
