
BOSTON-Exeter Realty Capital has paid $90 million to acquire an eight-property portfolio comprising a 1.2 million-square-foot Class A industrial space in suburban Boston. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. handled the sale of the portfolio for an undisclosed seller. However, according to various published sources, the seller was Colony Realty Partners.
Two of the distribution and flex properties are situated in the Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, while the remaining six properties are located inside the Forge Park master-planned industrial complex in Franklin. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
