SHARON, MA-1-800-Pack-Rat LLC, a Portable storage container and moving company, has leased a 40,000-square-foot space at 31 Commercial Street in Sharon, Massachusetts. Terms of the transaction were not revealed. The office and warehouse building spanning 104,200 square feet is situated on a more than 11-acre site close to Route 1 and I-95. Suffolk Advisors is the landlord of the facility constructed in 1995.
