ST. LOUIS-Stan Kroenke is purchasing his partner Michael Staenberg's 50% interest in St. Louis retail development firms, THF Management Inc. and THF Realty Inc. THF Realty has involved in the development of over 100 shopping centers totaling 20 million square feet across 22 states. THF Management owns 110 shopping centers. Kroenke and Staenberg will remain the joint owners of a majority of retail centers built by THF Realty.
