STORRS MANSFIELD, CT-Holyoke, Massachusetts-based Mount Holyoke Management LLC's joint venture, Storrs Acquisition LLC has acquired 231 units in five apartment complexes close to the University of Connecticut for a total price of $16.1 million. The complexes include Millbrook Apartments, Maplewood Apartments, Clubhouse Apartments, Oakwood Apartments and Knollwood Apartments. Philadephia-based Resource Real Estate Inc. was the seller of the apartments.
