KENOSHA, WI-Centrisys Corp. has acquired a third facility in Kenosha with plans to extend its operations and accommodate the North American headquarters of SH+E Gruppe. The company bought a neighboring building measuring 19,220 square feet at 9535 58th Place.

City records showed that the building was sold by Klein-Dickert Milwaukee Inc. Centrisys is already shifting some of its operations from two other facilities to the new building.
