LONDON-Benson Elliot Capital Management has signed agreements with Martin Ellis and Malcolm Shierson of Grant Thornton, acting as Joint LPA receiver over the properties of The Broadway Partnership and Joint Administrator of Glenkerrin (UK) Limited, for the purchase of the Arcadia Site in Ealing town center.
