SUMNER, WA-DCT Industrial Trust has bought a 60-acre plot in Sumner for about $11.78 million with plans to build a large warehouse facility there. The Denver-based publicly traded industrial REIT bought the site at 4073 142nd Ave. E. from the Ota family.

Bill Condon of Colliers International said that 46 of the 60 acres can be used for development up to 1 million square feet. Condon, along with McGregor and Greg Inglin, represented buyer, while Kidder Mathews' Bruce Peart represented the seller. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
