MILWAUKEE-Duke Realty LP of Indianapolis has acquired Water Tower Medical Commons, a six-story office building situated on Milwaukee's east side, for about $40.9 million. The building is located at 2350 N. Lake Drive near Columbia St. Mary's Hospital.
The office and clinic was constructed in 2007. The 162,000-square-foot building is leased to Columbia St. Mary's, which rebuilt and enlarged its Milwaukee campus. White Plains, New York-based Seavest Inc. was the seller. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
