LONDON-IVG Institutional Funds has paid approximately GBP 30 million to buy a fully glazed office building at 20 Cannon Street in London from Allied London and Aerium. In the deal, Savills and Franc Warwick advised Allied London and Aerium, while CBRE and Knight Frank represented IVG Institutional Funds. The six-story office property, located between the Bank of England and St Paul's Cathedral, has a 38,800-square-foot office space.
