
NEW YORK CITY-Michael Kors has increased its lease space at 11 W. 42nd Street to roughly 120,000 square feet by signing a new lease for 9,000 square feet. The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rent for the new space was in the mid $50s per square foot. Tishman Speyer is the owner of the 32-story building spanning approximately one million square feet.
