MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO-Mills Properties Inc. has bought West Pointe Apartments, a 1,047-unit community in Maryland Heights, for $51 million. Realty Exchange Commercial Group reported that Mills purchased the apartment complex out of receivership.
West Pointe Apartments was earlier owned by Gannon International and it was put into receivership earlier this year when lender U.S. Bank asked a judge of the St. Louis County Circuit Court to appoint a receiver.
