NASHVILLE-Davidson County property records revealed that an entity tied to Greenwich, Connecticut-based Starwood Capital Group has bought a medical office building spanning 30,000 square feet at 330 Wallace Rd. for $2.75 million. The entity bought the building, which sits on nearly 3.5 acres of land near Southern Hills Medical Center, through foreclosure.
