FARMERS BRANCH, TX-Office Furniture Source has signed an 114,500-square-foot- warehouse and office lease at 4545 Spring Valley Road in Farmers Branch. The facility will have a 50,000-square-foot showroom space and a 60,000-square-foot warehouse and storage space. The furniture dealer and reseller intends to relocate its headquarters to the new location by November 15, 2012. Spring Valley Welch LP is the owner of the property.
