JACKSONVILLE, FL-Summit Contractors Group Inc., based in Jacksonville, has broken ground on a $23-million multifamily project in Deerwood Park. The complex, known as the Deerwood Park Apartments, is coming up at 4870 Deerlake Drive E. and it will have 316 apartment units in four buildings.
LMI-Jacksonville LLC is the owner and The Preston Partnership LLC's Atlanta office is the architect. Summit is also developing the Cabana Club Apartments, a $20.5-million complex at 11395 Baymeadows Road E. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
