DALLAS-The CONTI Organization, based in Dallas, has expanded its portfolio by purchasing a multifamily property in Dallas' Bachman Lake neighborhood. The real estate company has bought the Santa Fe Apartments, a 237-unit apartment complex at 9505 Brockband Drive.
CONTI bought the complex through a Fannie Mae loan. The investment firm is planning to spend $700,000 in capital improvements, which include office upgrades, building exteriors and interior. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
