WINTER PARK, FL-The Orlando Sentinel reported that CNL Commercial Real Estate has secured two anchor tenants for its new office facility in Winter Park and the city studying plans for a senior housing project in the area. CNLBank and Brasfield & Gorrie will anchor CNL's 85,000-square-foot building, which is underway at Morse Boulevard and Denning Avenue.
