NEW YORK CITY-The Hilton Hotel has inked a long-term lease renewal for its 70,000-square-foot expo space, a part of the base of the nearby mid-block office building located at 1325 Ave. of the Americas. In the deal, Studley's Michael Goldman negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while a CBRE team negotiated on behalf of the building ownership, Paramount Group.
According to sources, the asking rent for the space was in the mid-$60s a square foot, which is in line with Class A area rents. For the full story, go to New York Post .
