SEATTLE-Essex Tower 801 Apartments L.P. is selling Tower 801, a 25-story apartment building located in downtown Seattle, for a price of $50.1 million. Capri Capital Partners LLC and Goodman Real Estate are the buyers of the round tower comprising 173 units and two ground-floor retail spaces at 801 Pine Street. Moran and Co.'s Mary Ann King and Jones Lang LaSalle's Seth Heikkila, Corey Marx and David Young negotiated the deal for the seller.
