DAVIS, CA-Atria Senior Living has completed a $1.8-million renovation for Covell Garden in Davis. The renovation has delivered adequate space for 33 new residents in Covell Garden's memory-care program. The 18-week project was completed by Arbor Building Group, Buehler & Buehler Structural Engineers and Sacramento-based Moniz Architects.
The renovation added a fitness center, beauty salon, library, activity center, preparation and demonstration kitchen, outdoor courtyard, living and dining areas and an elevator to the three-story building. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
