BRADENTON, FL-The former Albertsons grocery store site in west Bradenton has changed hands. ABNK Properties LLC has sold the Albertsons retail center to an affiliate of LNR Properties for $6.612 million. The Bradenton Herald stated that ABNK bought the 65,510-square-foot center for $4.92 million in 2006.
The Albertsons grocery store was closed in June. The new owner has not yet disclosed plans for the Bradenton property. The Herald reported that LNR has repositioned over 40 million square feet of space. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
