DALLAS-KW International, a logistics firm based in California, has extended its supply chain network in the Dallas area. The company has leased an industrial space measuring 36,870 square feet at 921 W. Bethel Road in Coppell.
Real estate sources said that the lease deal was closed within two weeks. Chris Teesdale, Ward Richmond and Tom Pearson from Colliers International negotiated the lease deal on behalf of KW International. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
