BOSTON-Trinity Stuart LLC, a partnership comprised of Gary Saunders, Jeffrey Saunders and Jordan Warshaw, is planning to develop a $225-million hotel and condo tower in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. The partnership has filed plans to replace the Boston Common Hotel and Conference Center with a 33-story LEED-designed building.

The project, 40 Trinity Place, is yet to be approved by the Boston Redevelopment Authority. It will include 142 condos, a 220-room hotel, restaurants and parking. Construction is scheduled to start next year. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
