BOSTON-Puma North America Inc. has leased 60,000 square feet at One Congress Street, a struggling office complex in Boston. The athletic apparel maker's lease will bring the property's occupancy rate from 45% to 67%. Landowner The HYM Investment Group is planning to redevelop the property into a 2.4-million-square-foot mixed-used development featuring office, hotel, retail and transportation uses.

In June 2011, HYM submitted the plan to the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Other tenants in the complex include SCVNGR, Kaplan and the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
