ELM GROVE, WI-MSP Real Estate Inc. has purchased an industrial building in Elm Grove for $1 million with plans to develop an assisted living and memory care facility there. The company purchased the vacant building, located at 800 Wall St., from Brown Deer, Wisconsin-based Traffic and Parking Control Inc.
