BUFFALO-Wheatfield-based Calamar has opened a $10-million senior housing complex in Painted Post's Southern Tier community. The three-story complex, called the Colonial Square Senior Village, comprises 107 apartment units.

The complex features a mix of single- and double-bedroom units with various amenities. It was 80% pre-leased before opening. The Colonial Square Senior Village is the sixth senior housing complex for Calamar in the last three years. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
